- As your coach I’ll help keep you on track towards your goals, we’ll have weekly check in’s to ensure you’re headed in the right direction.
- You’ll have access to my online coaching program allowing for easy updates and monitoring through your prep.
- You’ll be provided a full nutrition plan to follow which will be altered according to your results, needs, and adjusted as competition day draws nearer.
- Will provide a training plan to follow for resistance training and cardio as needed – both of which will be adjusted according to your progress and individual needs.
- Reverse diet plan will be provided to ensure you stay on track post-prep and get back up to a healthy maintenance level, slowing increasing calories and re-introducing foods.
Competition plans are $200 down, then $125 per month for 12-16 weeks of prep. Depending on where your body is will determine how long your prep should be. Please contact me for more details.
